This position will support the site team by ensuring safety documentation, compliance processes and reporting are maintained to the highest standard while contributing to a strong Zero Harm safety culture across the site.
Key responsibilities as a Safety Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure all site safety processes and documentation are maintained effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site safety systems and procedures
- Managing and maintaining safety documentation, including permits, SWMS and compliance records
- Assisting with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking
- Maintaining accurate records of training, inductions and safety compliance for site personnel
- Assisting with site inductions and onboarding documentation for employees and contractors
- Supporting the preparation of safety reports, audits and inspections
- Coordinating safety meetings, toolbox talks and maintaining associated records
- Working closely with the Site Manager and technicians to ensure WHSE compliance across the site
- Previous experience in a safety administration, HSE administration or site administration role
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, mining, renewables or industrial environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage documentation and compliance processes in a site-based environment
