This role will see you working closely with the project and leadership teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and support the successful tendering of plumbing packages across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for commercial plumbing projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
- Liaise with internal project teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing
- Identify risks, variations and cost-saving opportunities during the tender phase
- Maintain accurate cost databases and estimating records
- Previous experience as an Estimator within the plumbing industry
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers
