My client is a market leading Electrical Contractor who provide high quality electrical services to the commercial & Infrastructure sectors across Sydney. They have a wide variety of Design & Construct (D&C) & works, including data centres, commercial office fit-outs, warehouses, factories, education environments, Substations and retail spaces. These typically involve electrical packages ranging from $1 million to $15 million+.

- Conduct on-site assessments to accurately evaluate project requirements such as interpret RFQs, drawings, and specification of projects and various sizes.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects including , commercial construction & data centres.
- Monitor market trends and maintain an accurate tender database.
- Collaborate with management to review and adjust profit margins for tenders.
- Develop and submit competitive bids that align with company objectives and client expectations.
- 5 years'+ electrical estimating experience in the commercial design and const space.
- Ideally, a background in electrical trade or a strong engineering background.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems and installation methods
- Comprehensive understanding of current industry rules and regulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Simpro & Groundplan.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
