About the role/duties
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship safely and efficiently
• Managing project budgets, timelines and reporting on variations
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Coordinating apprentices and tradespeople, ensuring quality and safety practices
• Organising supplier bookings, material orders and purchase orders
• Tracking task progress, defects and communicating updates to the Project Manager and clients
• Contributing to site meetings and continuous improvement of processes
• Promoting the business positively and building new client relationships

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-end residential construction
•Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects valued at $1M+, from initial planning through to successful handover.
• Certificate IV Carpentry qualification or equivalent
• Experience managing, leading, and mentoring site teams
• White Card and thorough knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and site administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
$120k – $140k + Super
