Sydney | Contract Role | Temp to Perm Opportunity
A well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team. This role is initially contract with the opportunity to move permanent for the right candidate.
The business delivers a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across healthcare, dental, veterinary and government sectors, typically ranging from $0–$3M in value across Sydney.
This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in fast-paced live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor packages including RFQs, letting, award and final accounts
- Prepare and submit variations and track approvals
- Review and respond to RFIs and maintain registers
- Administer head contract obligations and EOT processes
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Maintain cost reports and support commercial management of projects
- 5+ years Contracts Administrator experience in commercial construction in Australia
- Strong background in fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Proven ability managing subcontractor packages end-to-end
- Strong understanding of variations, EOTs and contract administration
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Procore, Build Logic, Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas
- Experience delivering live environment projects
- Contract role with temp-to-perm opportunity
