Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage subcontract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Create and manage purchase orders and commitments within Procore
- Establish internal job budgets and align tender pricing with project systems
- Monitor contract compliance and project documentation
- Manage variations, claims, and extension of time requests
- Support financial oversight, including progress claims and subcontract payments
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Maintain accurate contract records and registers
- Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in contracts administration in a constrcution environment
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract management
- Experience with Procore or similar project management systems
- Ability to interpret complex contractual documentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of NSW construction industry standards
