About the Role
We’re recruiting experienced Civil Concreters/Formworkers for a strong pipeline of long-term rail projects across Greater Brisbane.
You’ll be working with an established crew and get consistent hours.
* Must have RIW Card*
Key Responsibilities
- Set out, prepare, pour and finish concrete on civil rail projects
- Kerb & channel, footpaths, slabs, pits and headwalls
- Steel fixing, formwork and screeding
- Use hand tools and small plant
- Read basic plans and work to levels and tolerances
- Maintain site safety, quality and productivity standards
- Proven civil concreting & formworking experience (essential)
- Construction White Card & full PPE
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Confident using laser levels, hand tools and concreting equipment
- Strong safety awareness and team mindset
- Long-term, stable work across multiple Brisbane rail projects
- Weekly pay with penalties and overtime where applicable
- Consistent hours and supportive site teams
