What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading commercial interior workspace projects from concept through to completion
- Acting as the primary design contact for clients and consultants
- Driving strong, design-led outcomes while balancing commercial realities
- Mentoring and guiding a small team of interior designers
- Overseeing documentation, coordination, and design resolution
- Reviewing work across the studio to maintain a high design standard
- Contributing to pitches, presentations, and client relationships
- Representing the studio within the wider design and property industry
- Around 7+ years’ experience in interior design, with senior-level responsibility
- Strong background in commercial workplace and fit-out projects
- Proven experience across design and construction environments
- Confidence running projects and managing stakeholders independently
- Advanced skills in Revit
- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or equivalent
- Well-connected within the local design or property industry
- A calm, confident communicator who builds trust easily
