About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the commercial delivery team, supporting the successful administration of contracts and commercial processes across a range of projects including commercial buildings, education facilities, medical and community infrastructure. This is a hands-on role working with project teams to ensure contractual compliance, cost control, and accurate reporting from site through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract documentation and administration across multiple projects
- Review and assess progress claims, variations, extensions of time and claims
- Prepare and issue subcontractor letters, scopes, and formal correspondence
- Support procurement and subcontractor engagement processes
- Maintain contract registers, records and project documentation
- Assist with commercial reporting, invoicing and cost tracking
- Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Support issue resolution and negotiation with subcontractors and consultants
- Previous experience in contract administration on commercial or institutional building projects
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, project-focused environment
