Our client is a leading global wind contractor hiring a Senior Project Manager/Director to lead the delivery of large onshore wind farms, including a $1bi+ project soon entering construction phase.
We are seeking an experienced project manager/project director to lead the full execution of TSI and balance of plant (BoP) and client interfaces, representing the business in all matters of project delivery and stakeholder management.

About the Role
As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and on-budget delivery of a large grid-connected wind farm project, while managing both upstream and downstream relationships.
You will oversee a site-based delivery team and interface with cross-functional teams, ensuring contractual obligations, project governance, and stakeholder expectations are met across safety, quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan the construction delivery for a large wind farm project
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the TSI package and coordination with the client and BoP subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met
• Drive the project towards successful completion within specified timelines 
• Prepare regular progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage contracts, variations, risk mitigation, and reporting in line with governance standards
• Champion a strong HSEQ culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and environmental obligations

About You

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects - previous wind experience is not mandatory, but a proven record of projects delivered from start to finish is required.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing contracts, budgets, and financial aspects of projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
• A results-oriented leader with a track record of delivering high-value, high-complexity assets
• Familiarity with OEM, EPC or BoP scopes in the wind sector is highly regarded
