Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their Port Macquarie office. The role You will be involved across the full project life cycle, from site investigations through to interpretation, reporting and client support.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and supervising geotechnical site investigations
- Logging, interpretation and analysis of ground conditions
- Preparation of geotechnical investigation reports and recommendations
- Foundation, pavement and earthworks advice
- Liaison with drilling contractors and clients
- Supporting project delivery across a diverse portfolio
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar
- Ideally 5–8+ years geotechnical consulting experience
- Strong technical report writing and analytical capability
- Experience with field investigations and soil/rock logging
- Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team
