You have done your first few years in a respect architectural office. You can document. You understand coordination. You have been part of real projects. Now you want stronger design exposure, better mentorship and a studio with genuine architectural depth.
We are partnering with one of Australia’s most respected design led architectural practices. Known for thoughtful, civic minded architecture across education, public, mixed use and complex urban projects, this studio has built a strong reputation for quality and design integrity.
They are looking for an experienced Architectural Graduate or recently registered Architect with 3 to 6 years post graduate experience to join their Sydney team.
THE ROLE
- You will work across significant design led projects with real scale and complexity.
- This is not a production only role. You will contribute to design development, detailed documentation and consultant coordination within a highly collaborative team environment.
- It would suit someone moving from their first role who wants stronger project exposure and a more design focused studio culture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture [ESSENTIAL]
- 3 to 6 years post graduate experience [ESSENTIAL]
- Strong design sensibility with solid technical grounding – beautiful portfolio
- ArchiCAD experience preferred as this is an ArchiCAD office
- Experience across multi residential, education, civic or complex public projects advantageous
- Clear communicator who enjoys working within a team
