Contract Site Manager – Medical Centre Fit Outs (MRI)

We are seeking two experienced Contract Site Managers for separate medical centre fit out projects located in Point Cook and Mount Waverley. Both projects involve the delivery of complex MRI rooms within live healthcare environments.

This role requires a Site Manager with proven experience working in operational medical facilities and managing specialist MRI construction works.
Project Details

• Locations: Point Cook & Mount Waverley, VIC
• Project type: Medical centre fit outs including MRI rooms
• Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
• Start: Mid March
• Rate: $800 per day + GST
• Contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Full site management across both live medical centre fit out projects
• Delivery and coordination of MRI room construction and specialist trades
• Managing WHS, quality control, and construction program
• Liaising with consultants, client stakeholders, and facility operators
• Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing medical operations
• Managing services coordination and compliance within healthcare settings

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering medical or healthcare fit outs
• MRI room delivery experience is essential
• Strong experience working in live environments
• Ability to manage tight programs and complex services coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant trade or construction management background preferred
