This role will suit an experienced Site Manager with a plumbing background who has worked on large-scale construction projects and is confident leading site operations on complex builds.
The Role
- Lead all on-site plumbing works on a major project - hydraulic package $10m+
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site labour
- Coordinate with the builder and other services contractors
- Monitor program, productivity and quality of works
- Ensure compliance with WHS and project requirements
- Oversee materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Report to senior project leadership on progress and site performance
- Licensed Plumber (essential)
- Proven Site Manager experience on major projects
- Strong understanding of hydraulic services installations
- Experience working within high-compliance environments
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across trades
- Solid knowledge of Australian standards and safety requirements
