Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration for multiple high-value residential projects
- Prepare and assess variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Support Project Managers with commercial analysis and decision-making
- Proven experience in contract administration on luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, subcontractor management, and reporting
- Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in small, collaborative teams
- Experience with Procore, Aconex, or similar project management systems
- Work across high-end waterfront projects with strong ownership of commercial outcomes
