About the Role
You’ll be managing premium Class 2 residential projects, taking full responsibility for delivery, programme, budget, and quality. Projects are already live, so this is about driving excellence on-site while working closely with small, capable teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of luxury residential projects from active construction through to handover
• Manage project budgets, variations, and financial reporting
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
• Drive quality, design excellence, and high-end finishes across every stage
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with owners, architects, and authorities
• Develop and maintain construction programmes, lookahead schedules, and risk mitigation plans

Requirements

• Proven experience managing luxury Class 2 residential projects
• Strong leadership across design, delivery, and financials
• Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
• Comfortable operating in small, high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with Procore or similar project management systems
