We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-end residential apartment development in Manly. This is a rare opportunity to manage a premium, design-focused project, working with a builder renowned for quality-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead the ongoing construction, ensuring program, quality, safety, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Oversee Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Financial & Contract Oversight: Manage budgets, procurement, variations, and contract administration to protect commercial outcomes.
• Quality & Safety: Drive QA/QC systems and ensure WHS compliance across the site.
• Program & Risk Management: Monitor construction programs, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to maintain progress.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential apartments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and contract frameworks.
• Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, or similar systems.
