They deliver projects in the $10M–$40M range across warehouse, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The pipeline is secure, clients are repeat, and the business is financially stable.
More importantly - they run properly structured jobs.
No overloaded teams. No chasing five projects at once. No constant firefighting because the job was under-resourced from day one.
The Role
This is a hands-on PM role with full ownership of delivery with the right support around you. You’ll manage programme, budget, procurement, and client relationships from early planning through to completion.
You’ll have experienced Site Managers and Contract Administrators who are properly allocated to the job - not stretched across multiple sites.
The leadership team operates an open-door policy in an open-plan office environment. Decisions are made quickly, support is accessible, and you’re not left carrying problems alone.
And importantly - this is a genuine 5-day work week business.
