Join a leading national Plant & Civil company supplying construction, and civil projects. We’re on the hunt for a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair Mobile Plant, Crushers & Screeners.
You'll be responsible for servicing and repairs in the workshop and out on-site, keeping downtime to a minimum and ensuring equipment is compliant, safe, and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, inspect, and repair a range of Mobile Plant, Crushers & Screeners
- Brands - Cat, Komatsu, John Deer, Kubota, Kelbeco, Finlay & McCluskey
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Respond to field breakdowns and emergency call-outs as needed
- Work with the service team to plan jobs and order parts
- Ensure all repairs meet compliance, safety, and OEM standards
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle / Plant Mechanic)
- 3+ years experience working on Mobile Plant Equipment
- Current Driver’s Licence – Essential
- Ability to work autonomously and travel to client sites when required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
