With a healthy pipeline of work and several significant projects progressing, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Associate Architect to play a key leadership role within the practice.

The Role:
- Leading architectural projects from concept through to completion
- Still hands on with the full cycle of a project, using ARCHICAD
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and consultants
- Mentoring and guiding project teams
- Contributing to design reviews and studio direction
- Supporting Directors with project strategy and delivery
- Playing a visible and influential role within the practice
- Registered Architect (or close to registration)
- Proven experience leading complex architectural projects - ideally Class 2 exposure
- Strong design sensibility supported by sound technical capability
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and leading teams
- Local Australian experience essential
- Well-established and respected Newcastle-based studio
