The role This is a hands-off Site Manager position suited to someone who thrives in architecturally complex, detail-driven environments.
You will report to the Project Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery, overseeing a Foreman, Leading Hand, in-house trades, and specialist subcontractors. Projects are allocated based on your location, with an even split between the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.
Projects include:
- Architecturally detailed single-dwelling homes $10m–$20m+
- Complex new builds, alterations & additions, and structural works
- Multiple projects running concurrently (stage-dependent)
- End-to-end site management of high-end residential builds
- Managing programme, quality, safety, and coordination across multiple live sites
- Leading site teams while maintaining exceptional build quality
- Close collaboration with Project Managers, Construction Administrators, architects, and consultants
- Proactive client engagement with highly discerning, detail-focused clients
- Managing defects, reporting, and site documentation (Procore experience advantageous)
- Upholding presentation standards across site and client-facing interactions
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential single dwellings ($10m+)
- Strong architectural understanding and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing complex builds with minimal supervision
- Confident overseeing multiple projects concurrently
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and process-driven
- Polished, professional and client-facing
- Strong leadership skills without needing to be on the tools
- Experience working within structured, well-resourced teams
