We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a major industrial new-build project in Sydney’s southern region. The project includes significant civil and structural works, requiring strong capability across early works, concrete structures, steel erection, and complex trade sequencing.
Experience delivering industrial projects such as warehouses, logistics or manufacturing facilities is highly regarded, however Site Managers from commercial or community builds with strong civil and structural exposure are also encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for full on-site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and program outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site activities from establishment through to completion
- Manage civil works, structural concrete, and steel packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Drive WHS leadership and compliance across all trades
- Work with consultants to resolve design and buildability issues
- Maintain site reporting and documentation using Procore or similar
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large, complex projects
- Strong technical understanding of civil and structural construction
- Confident leader with excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance
- Industrial construction experience is an advantage
