Are you a hands-on construction leader ready for a new challenge in Bundaberg? We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to join a growing new hotel build project for a 12–18 month contract.

This project is in its very early stages, with a solid crew already on site — so you’ll be joining an established team and stepping straight into a key leadership position supporting quality delivery, safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and coordinate onsite teams across structural and finishing works
Supervise subcontractors, trades and crew to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Engage with site management to deliver milestones on time and within program
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
Support daily site operations and reporting to senior project leadership

Who you are:

Proven construction site leadership experience (Foreman / Leading Hand / Supervisor)
Comfortable working on multi-storey commercial builds
Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Local to Bundaberg or happy to relocate and be based there for the contract
Construction White Card and relevant licences/tickets highly regarded
