We're seeking a talented individual to join our a leading developer-builder in the luxury residential sector. As our new Estimator/Cost Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our prestigious projects, from start to finish.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in cost planning, estimating, and measuring, with a strong understanding of BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
- Experienced in the luxury residential construction industry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate budgeting
- Adept at using industry-leading software such as CostX, Cubit, and State Master & Jobpac
- Skilled at monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are met
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the Managing Director
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a similar Estimator or Cost Planner role, preferably within the luxury residential sector or class 2 sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Growing and established developer builder
