Contract: 12-month contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established builder operating in the commercial fit out and refurbishment space across Melbourne.
This is a 12-month contract role working across multiple fast-paced projects, including office, retail, hospitality and live environment refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end contract administration across fit out and refurbishment projects
- Preparation, assessment and management of progress claims and variations
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Contract documentation and cost reporting
- Liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and consultants
- Ensuring contractual compliance and supporting project delivery programs
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial fit out or refurbishment sector
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and project documentation
- Confident managing variations, progress claims and procurement packages
- Ability to work in fast-moving, live environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Australian construction experience essential
