Contract Administrator – Fit Out & Refurbishment
Location: Melbourne
Contract: 12-month contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established builder operating in the commercial fit out and refurbishment space across Melbourne.

This is a 12-month contract role working across multiple fast-paced projects, including office, retail, hospitality and live environment refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end contract administration across fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Preparation, assessment and management of progress claims and variations
  • Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contract documentation and cost reporting
  • Liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and consultants
  • Ensuring contractual compliance and supporting project delivery programs
About You
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial fit out or refurbishment sector
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and project documentation
  • Confident managing variations, progress claims and procurement packages
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, live environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Australian construction experience essential
