We are seeking an experienced Blow Moulding Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Villawood. This is a hands-on role focused on the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of blow moulding equipment, with a strong emphasis on ASB machines.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and optimise blow moulding machines (ASB) to meet production targets
Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and machine calibration
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimise downtime
Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as required
Carry out routine maintenance and assist with breakdown repairs
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency
Adhere to safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Blow Moulding Technician
Hands-on experience with ASB blow moulding machines is essential
Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
Experience in plastic manufacturing environments
Ability to work independently on day shift
Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
