The Role
- Manage a high-volume service desk (10–20 jobs per day)
- Oversee 14 field technicians
- Scheduling, job allocation & operational coordination
- Raise and manage POs, work orders & invoicing
- Liaise with building managers, landlords & clients
- Ensure smooth delivery of maintenance works
- Report directly to Director
- 5+ years’ experience in a Service / Maintenance Manager role
- Strong Simpro experience (essential)
- Proven background in service desk & maintenance
- Excellent at scheduling, operations & workflows
- Confident communicator with clients & building managers
- Trade background (carpentry or multi trade preferable). Also open to various other trades such as fire & electrical
