You’ll be trusted to establish and lead a new office, shaping its culture, direction and growth from day one. While you’ll bring drive, connections and commercial acumen, you won’t be doing it alone — you’ll have access to the practice’s existing pipeline, reputation, systems and senior leadership support.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Launching and leading a new studio for the business
- Playing a key role in business development, client relationships and market presence
- Leveraging both your own network and the practice’s existing relationships
- Building, mentoring and growing a high-performing team around you
- Leading projects across a diverse range of sectors, from early concept through delivery
- Acting as a senior representative of the business in the market
- Registered Architect with 10+ years’ post-graduate experience
- Proven experience across a variety of sectors
- A natural leader with the confidence to build and inspire a team
- Commercially minded and comfortable contributing to business growth
- Well connected, with the credibility to open doors and win work
