Vast increases in population growth and foreign investment is increasing demand for development across Residential, Retail, Aged Care, Health and Education. There is a serious skill shortage resulting in a huge increase in available Architecture Jobs &amp; Interior Design Jobs. There has also been a shift away from traditional long-standing CAD programs to more 3D centric platforms such as Revit and ArchiCAD. Architect Jobs and Interior Design Jobs are now requiring these CAD package skills reducing the number of suitably skilled candidates.

This is a permanent opportunity working for a growing company who have are completing maintenance works on a station platform.&nbsp; The role would suit anyone who has come from a strong Mechanical and Electrical background - experience in lifts/escalators/automatic door systems, and use of control software and interpretation of logs would be desired.&nbsp; The role is working engineering hours on nights - you will be required to work 23:00-03:00.&nbsp; To be considered for this role as Technician you must meet the below criteria: <ul> <li>Mechanical and Electrical experience</li> <li>Experience working on Rail would be pref but not essential&nbsp;</li> <li>Open to working night shifts</li> <li>Able to perform some manual handling work</li> </ul> Salary is a case-by-case basis and based on experience.
