Key responsibilities include:
• Managing residential construction projects from early planning through to completion
• Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, and other industry professionals
• Coordinating labour resources and overseeing procurement of materials and equipment
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting programmes to ensure deadlines are met
• Managing all project documentation including contracts, variations, and approvals
• Preparing and reviewing project tenders and subcontractor packages
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Conducting regular project reviews and providing clear reporting to clients and stakeholders
• Interpreting architectural drawings and technical documentation
• Negotiating with clients, developers, and subcontractors to achieve successful outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, safety standards, quality requirements, and cost controls
• Coordinating inspections with relevant local authorities
  
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Residential Project Manager
• Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
• Strong background managing residential builds, trades, or façade projects
• Proven ability to deliver projects to programme, budget, and quality targets
• Confident managing stakeholders and expectations within fast-paced environments
• Calm, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership presence
• Solid understanding of financial management, suppliers, safety, compliance, and commercial decision-making
