Your New Role
This opportunity is targeting either a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager–level professional to play a key role across a major high-rise residential project and future developments.
You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams, taking ownership of the head contract and supporting the wider commercial function from procurement through to project completion. This role suits someone with strong drive, accountability, and a genuine interest in growing with a business over the long term.
Key responsibilities:
- Head contract and subcontract administration across large-scale residential projects
- Leading procurement, trade letting, and subcontract negotiations
- Managing budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and variations
- Assessing and certifying progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Supporting commercial risk management and reporting
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Building strong relationships with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Senior CA or CA ready to step up (minimum 7+ years’ experience)
- Builder-side background strongly preferred
- Proven experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Systems experience (e.g. Procore, Jobpac or similar)
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable taking ownership
