Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from planning and early works through to handover, ensuring program, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage the site team including Site Management, Engineers, and Foremen, while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial & Contract Control
- Oversee budgets, procurement, cost reporting, variations, and contract administration to protect commercial outcomes.
- Quality & Safety Leadership
- Drive QA/QC systems and ensure full WHS compliance across all stages of construction, with a strong focus on premium finishes.
- Program & Risk Management
- Manage construction programs, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and certainty of delivery.
- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects
- Strong background managing projects from early works through to completion
- Confident leader with clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and contracts
- Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, or similar
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
