We’re looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering a high-end beachfront apartment project in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of the structure, from early works through to completion, working closely with a tight-knit site team and senior management on a quality-driven build.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Leadership – Oversee day-to-day structural works including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and coordination of structural trades to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Quality & Safety – Maintain high standards of structural workmanship, enforce WHS compliance, and manage site QA/QC processes for all structural elements.
Team Coordination – Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to drive key structural milestones and maintain a strong site culture.
Program Management – Monitor progress against program, identify risks early, and assist in resolving on-site issues to keep the structure on track.
Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Structures Foreman or Foreman on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
Strong background in concrete, formwork, and structural sequencing
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, safety, and productivity on complex builds
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
Experience with Procore, Aconex, or similar systems preferred
