The Role
You’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of parts, tools and equipment to ensure technicians are fully supported on site. You’ll work closely with local and international teams and play a key role in keeping service operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Order, track and coordinate parts, tools and equipment
- Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Use SAP for logistics, procurement and reporting
- Support service and sales teams
- Work closely with technicians to resolve supply issues
- Coordinate import/export of components
- Liaise with teams in NZ, Australia and China
- Strong SAP experience
- Experience in parts, logistics or supply chain roles
- Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Flexible hours + WFH options
- Monday–Friday role
- Occasional travel to site
- Fixed term contract with opportunity to go permanent
