Join a well-established quarry operation as a Production Supervisor, working closely with the Quarry Manager (SSE) to drive production, safety, and team performance across site operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor with strong operational discipline, a safety-first mindset, and solid exposure to crushing and screening environments. Candidates from mining backgrounds will also be considered.
You’ll be responsible for planning daily production activities, scheduling crews and equipment, and ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day quarry production activities
• Plan, schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, and workloads
• Monitor production targets and ensure efficient crusher & screener operation
• Lead and mentor site personnel, promoting accountability and strong culture
• Work alongside the Quarry Manager (SSE) to support site performance
• Ensure compliance with safety systems, procedures, and reporting
• Identify operational improvements and address production issues proactively
- Proven Team Leader or Supervisor experience (essential)
• Background in quarry operations preferred (crusher & screener experience ideal)
• Mining production experience will be considered
• Certificate IV in Quarry Supervision (preferred – training available if not held)
• Strong planning, scheduling, and decision-making skills
• Safety-focused with a positive, solutions-driven attitude
• Current Driver’s Licence
