Responsibilities

• Review drawings, SOW & tender docs
• Manage subcontractor pricing & relationships
• Prepare BOQs, take-offs & cost schedules
• Proficient in CostX / Cubit / Buildsoft etc.
• Conduct site inspections & liaise with consultants
• Support bid/proposal submissions
• Work with delivery teams on VE & handover

Requirements 

• 3+ years estimating (commercial building / F&R)
• Head contractor experience – essential
• Refurb / heritage experience – advantageous
• Degree in QS / CM or trade background
• Strong commercial & communication skills
• Detail-driven with client focus
