Our client is seeking a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can support the business across the full employee lifecycle.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. With the business most recently implementing ELMO, they are now looking to have someone who is savvy to completely take control of this project and development the team across this HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding)
- Providing advice on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Supporting recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers
- Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and company policies
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and maintaining HR systems, with a strong focus on ELMO
- Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Essential: Strong, hands-on experience using ELMO
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
