There has also been a shift away from traditional long-standing CAD programs to more 3D centric platforms such as Revit and ArchiCAD. Architect Jobs and Interior Design Jobs are now requiring these CAD package skills reducing the number of suitably skilled candidates.

This builder has a huge pipeline of work for 2026 with projects kicking off in February just outside of Hobart.
