  • Ensure quality close-out for Practical Completion, including certifications and O&M handover documentation.
To Be Successful
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a quality management role, ideally in renewable energy, BESS, solar farms, substations, or HV electrical projects.

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with document control systems (Aconex, Procore, Asite, Zutec or similar).
  • Valid construction white card and driver’s license; willingness to work across multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Desirable: Solar farm experience is advantageous but not essential.
