Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery – Lead all phases of construction from early planning through to handover, ensuring program, quality, safety, and cost objectives are achieved.
Team & Stakeholder Management – Manage Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Financial & Contract Control – Oversee budgets, cost reporting, procurement, variations, and contract administration to protect commercial outcomes.
Quality & Safety Assurance – Drive QA/QC systems and ensure full WHS compliance across all stages of the build.
Program & Risk Management – Develop and manage construction programs, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential apartment projects
- Strong background managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and contractual frameworks
- Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar construction systems
- Lead a flagship luxury residential project in North Sydney
