Construction Administrator / Project Manager

Role overview and responsibilities
Key duties include
• Managing project administration and documentation to support site teams and construction schedules
• Coordinating with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams
• Monitoring project budgets timelines and reporting progress to stakeholders
• Preparing contracts purchase orders variations and site instructions
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and quality requirements
• Attending site meetings and liaising with clients on project updates
• Supporting project managers in planning resourcing and material requirements
• Contributing to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
  
Required skills and experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction administration, estimating or project management on residential projects
• Experience with high-end residential builds valued at $1 million+
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and confident client-facing manner
• Well-presented professional with ability to work both on site and in office environments
• Proficient in MS Office, project management and estimating software
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and construction documentation

Salary $90 - 120k + super depending on experience
