Role overview and responsibilities
Key duties include
- Leading site teams to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently
- Managing project budgets and schedules and reporting on progress and variations
- Collaborating with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinating apprentices and tradespeople to maintain quality and safety standards
- Managing supplier bookings material procurement and purchase orders
- Monitoring tasks progress resolving defects and reporting to the Project Manager and clients
- Participating in site meetings and contributing to continuous process improvements
- Representing the company positively and fostering strong client relationships
Required skills and experience
- Certificate IV in Carpentry ESSENTIAL
- Experience on high-end residential building projects ESSENTIAL
- Minimum three years experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman IDEAL
- Proven experience leading mentoring and managing site teams
- Valid White Card and strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Well-presented and comfortable on tools

Salary $110 - 130K plus super
