We are currently looking for 2x Site Engineers for permanent, site-based roles suited to engineers who enjoy being hands-on, organised, and closely involved in day-to-day site delivery. This opportunity is ideal for early-career engineers looking to strengthen their site and project management experience within a physically active construction environment.
The Role
- Full-time, site-based engineering support
- Day-to-day site coordination and project delivery assistance
- Site reporting, documentation control, and progress tracking
- Working closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and management
- Use of digital systems and software for reporting and compliance
- Regular presence across active work areas
- Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Structural Engineering or similar
- 1–5 years’ experience in a site-based engineering role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong software and reporting skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working on active construction sites
- Physically capable of working in a site-intensive role involving regular site walks and on-ground engagement
- Permanent employment
- $90,000 – $110,000 + super, depending on experience
- Strong pipeline with ongoing project work
- Strong exposure to site delivery and project management
