About the Role / Responsibilities
As a Data Centre Delivery Manager, you will take responsibility for the oversight and performance of multiple white space and structured cabling projects across Sydney, primarily within Western Sydney. This role sits above the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager level, providing leadership, governance, and escalation support across the delivery function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Programme-level oversight of multiple structured cabling and data centre infrastructure projects
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting Senior Project Managers and Project Managers
- Ensuring consistency across project controls, reporting, safety, quality, and delivery standards
- Acting as the senior escalation point for commercial, technical, and stakeholder matters
- Coordinating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership
- Supporting resourcing, forecasting, and forward workload planning
- Reporting directly to senior operational leadership
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 8+ years’ experience delivering infrastructure, telecoms, or mission-critical projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or leading Project Managers
- Strong white space and structured cabling background (essential)
- ACMA / telecommunications experience (preferred)
- Electrical or engineering background (highly regarded)
- Strong commercial awareness and programme-level delivery capability
- Security systems exposure is advantageous
- PRINCE2 or project management qualification preferred

- Salary up to $200k + super

- 38-hour work week
- Typical hours: 7:00/7:30am – 4:00/4:30pm
