We’re looking for a skilled Site Manager for a high-end commercial office fitout project. This is a short-term contract with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, perfect for someone looking to showcase their expertise in quality finishes and efficient project delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
• Managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and maintaining strict safety compliance.
• Implementing and tracking project plans using Procore and site reporting through Hammertech (preferred).
• Maintaining high-quality standards on finishes and ensuring all work aligns with client expectations.
• Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in commercial fitout or refurbishment projects, ideally office spaces.
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes and attention to detail.
• Professional, proactive, and approachable – able to lead teams and build positive site culture.
• Experience with Procore and Hammertech is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
