The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Estimator to join the team.
This role will be working within a team supporting the business in work winning for new build commercial and industrial tenders.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working for a T2/ T3 builder and understand the tendering process, ability to prepare BOQ's and general understanding of subcontractor pricing.

Required Skills
- A construction related degree with at least 3- 5 years estimating experience
- Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages
- Knowledge of D&C tenders within the healthcare, industrial & education sector
- Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit & Estimate One & Mud shark software
- Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices
- Free on-site parking
