The Opportunity - We are currently speaking with a number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction businesses delivering projects across residential, commercial, health, education, and mixed-use sectors.
Project values typically range from $50M through to $300M, with opportunities at both Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer level.
These are live and upcoming roles, including projects in early stages as well as those already under construction. Some positions offer immediate starts, while others are planned hires tied to future work.
The Roles Depending on experience, you may be involved in:
- Design coordination and documentation management
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- On-site delivery across structural, façade, and services packages
- Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
- QA inspections, ITP management, and compliance
- Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
- Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams
- Mentoring junior engineers (Senior PE level)
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with a head contractor (Tier 1–3)
- Background delivering building projects within the $50M–$300M range
- Exposure to one or more sectors: residential, commercial, health, education, mixed-use
- Sound understanding of structures, façades, and services coordination
- Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex
- Strong communication skills and a practical, delivery-focused approach
- Access to multiple opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
