My clients’ developments span across all sectors including luxury apartments, high density mixed-use projects and urban renewal precincts including retail, commercial and hotel space. The hand-picked management team have been instrumental in the development of many prestigious projects for the business and their competitors.
My client controls every aspect of the development and construction process including site acquisition, concept design, design development, authority approvals, construction feasibility and management, marketing, sales and post-settlement services.
Your new role
Working closely with the Project Director to deliver 400 B2R apartments + 1,600 sqm retail space. Adding value to the design inputs throughout the full lifecycle of the project from development approvals to construction completion.
Also managing external design professionals and coordinating the design process to achieve agreed outcomes for time, cost, quality and innovation.
- Expertise in structural, services and architectural disciplines.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes and best practices.
- Exposure to full project cycle from conception to delivery.
- Focus on value engineering and buildability.
- Architectural drawing, documentation and document control skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and individual milestones whilst supporting teamwork.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
