Duties
- Punch listing and quality checks on site
- TA's - general assistance to Electricians, changing out equipment, replacing damaged equipment
- Perform wiring, grounding, and conduit runs per project specs
- Test and troubleshoot battery racks, PCS, and BMS connections
- Conduct QA/QC checks on electrical installations
- Verify system grounding and bonding compliance
- Follow safety protocols and LOTO procedures
- Coordinate with site leads and other trades as needed
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Electricians - must be trade qualified and have current LVR/CPR
- TA's require general experience, ideally assisting Electrical projects
- Any industrial electrical sector experience accepted
- Available for the duration of the shutdown
- Current driving license
- Solar Farm & BESS experience (preferable but not essential)
- Willing to work long hours
- Able to pass medical
- BESS project in south Newcastle
- Camp Accommodation & meals provided if required OR travel allowance
- Shutdown from 11/12/25 ongoing no later than 23/12/25
