Contract Site Manager – Defence Project (Richmond & North-West Sydney)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee a live Defence refurbishment project across Richmond and the North-West Sydney region. This role sits within a secure, operational environment and requires someone who can drive programme, manage subcontractors, and maintain strict compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live Defence project
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily workflow
• Ensure WHS, QA, and Defence security protocols are met
• Manage reporting, documentation, and programme tracking via Procore
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and Defence representatives
• Deliver works to schedule and to a high standard

Requirements:
• Active DCAC clearance – essential
• Proven experience managing Defence, government, or high-security refurb projects
• Strong Procore capability – daily reporting, QA, ITPs, variations
• Solid trade background or Site/Project Management experience
• Ability to work in live, sensitive, and highly regulated environments
• Excellent communication, organisation, and subcontractor management skills
